Housing and Dining (Residence Life)

Living on Campus

Community is at the heart of CIU and students living on campus can expect to deepen their faith and form genuine lifelong friendships.

Every residence hall is staffed with resident assistants (RAs) to ensure that every student is cared for. As a resident student, you’ll enjoy various amenities in one of our seven Residence Halls and make lasting memories with your fellow Rams. To experience residence life, fill out the and connect with your admissions counselor for your move-in date.

Upperclassmen, graduate and seminary students, and married students can apply to live in Pine View Properties, our on-campus apartments. They’re beautiful and safe, with amenities such as a community center which has a game room, coffee bar, and grills and rocking chairs outside. Pine View offers affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom options.

Dining on Campus

Our newly renovated dining hall offers a wide variety of options including a salad bar, signature soups, made to order deli items, grill and a rotating showcase of world flavors. Students are given an unlimited meal plan to enjoy this wide selection.

A craft beverage and food station, 34 North, is a staple at CIU. There is something for everyone with a wide selection of coffee, expresso drinks, grab and go food options and much more. Grab a cup of coffee and gather around the table with friends or for an afternoon pick-me-up before class.
