CIU Alum: How to 'pivot' a business during COVID-19

CIU alumnus Joe Bradford of New Zealand is drawing media attention in his home country for his business pivot when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The business, lost 90 % of its usual business of selling cases for audio-visual equipment.
But then he turned his attention to making counter top shields to assist businesses and specialized desks for those who began the new experience of working from home.Fiasco expanded into America under the name Fiasco Cases in 2017 based in Los Angeles. The company now employs a dozen people at its U.S. location, selling its desks.
Bradford, who earned a Master of Arts in Global Studies in 2013, was a guest on the popular New Zealand television program, The AM Show.
