Dr. TK Dunn came to Ƶ from the United Kingdom where he lived until he was in his mid-20s. He oversees the History Minor at CIU alongside teaching various aspects of Evangelical, Historical, and Systematic Theology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At present, he is also a Doctoral Mentor in the areas of practical theology and theological studies. His areas of expertise in history and theology allow him the fun of teaching for CIU, CIU Global, and the Seminary.
Dr. Dunn has been married to his wife, Yesenia, who is an RN at Lexington Medical Center in Columbia. They enjoy cooking (or, specifically, eating), walking, hiking, watching crime shows on tv, and playing with their dogs, Wellington and Kuzco. He plays the saxophone, guitar, and piano (though not all at once), writes music and hymns, and is nervously excited as an Arsenal F.C. fan. He likes to play soccer, ping pong, and badminton when given the opportunity.
His current research topics are the Trinity, the Reformation, the ministry and theology of P.T. Forsyth, and the Anglo-Saxons of Mercia.
Current writing projects are An Introduction to the Early Church, An Introduction to the Reformation, guest editor and contributor for Perichoresis Journal of Theology, The Fatherhood of the Father, Heroes and Heretics: Applying Church History, and A Theological Methodology.
